Open registry editor by going to Start then Run and entering regedit.
Find the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\microsoft\Windows\ Current
Version \InternetSettings
Double click on MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server and MaxConnectionsPerServer and change the values of each to 99 and dot the "Base" to be decimal.
Exit regedit, and restart Internet Explorer
